- Remove clutter and junk from your yard. Make sure that the overall appearance of your yard looks good. Get rid of tree limbs, fallen leaves, junk parts and some items that you are not using anymore.
- Power wash the outside walls of your house. If the walls of your house outside look dirty, you can have it thoroughly cleaned through a power wash. You might also need to have it repainted, so check its appearance well.
